RYOKAI(1) EI-NIN (f: RAI KUNITOSHI): See RAI School. HISANOBU EN-KEI (f: RYOKAI): Same as RYOKAI(2). KUROZAEMON.         Following the death of his father his work became known         as equal. See RYOKAI(2) following RYOKAI(2) GEN-TOKU (f: RYOKAI 1, br: KUNIHISA): KUROZAEMONnoJO.         This is the same name as HISANOBU. There are few two-         character RYOKAI signatures known. Often, works of          HISANOBU or KUNIHISA are attributed. The work spans to         GEN-TOKU 1329. A sword inscribed, KUROZAEMONnoJO from          KA-GEN 2 (1309) resides at the ATSUKA DAI-JINGU Shrine.         He made TACHI, TANTO and NAGINATA. KO-ITAME with JI-NIE         over RYOKAI-style SHIRA-KERU steel. RAI "Weak-skin"          dappling helps create a varying UTSURI. KO-NIE and NIOI         define KO-NOTARE wherein KO-GUNOME MIDARE with ASHI is          found. MIDARE KO-MARU BOSHI.

NOBUHISA KEM-MU:  Either son of HISANOBU or his brother KUNIHISA.
        He changed his name to NOBUKUNI and found the NOBUKUNI
        School. See NOBUKUNI School following

NOBUMITSU KEM-MU (f: HISANOBU): Strongly SHIRA-KE KO-ITAME has 
        MASAME. HOSO-SUGUHA in KO-NIE.

YOSHISADA(1) RYAKU-O (t: HISANOBU): SHIRA-KE KO-ITAME of MASAME 
        is veiled in JI-NIE. KO-NIE KO-NOTARE drifts gently.
        BOSHI: KO-MARU KAERI.

YOSHISADA(2) O-AN (f: YOSHISADA 1): To KYUSHU for TSUKUSHI RYOKAI
        First master with the RAI message for BUNGO. SHIRA-KE
        KO-ITAME veiled in JI-NIE. KO-NIE DEKI SUGUHA.

YOSHISADA(3) O-EI: TSUKUSHI RYOKAI. First flush in BUNGO dies 
        away slowly as KYUSHU smiths jockey in new provinces.

YOSHIZANE(1) O-EI (f: YOSHISADA): TSUKUSHI RYOKAI. Work begins in
        MEI-TOKU 1390. SHIRA-KE KO-ITAME of MASAME has JI-NIE.
        KO-NIE SUGUHA and KO-MIDARE BA.

YOSHIZANE O-NIN: SUGUHA and KO-MIDARE BA.

NAOYOSHI KA-KEI (f: YOSHISADA): MOKUME with MASAME. KO-MIDARE BA.

NOBUYUKI O-EI: Moved to KYUSHU. MOKUME with MASAME. KO-MIDARE BA.

IYEYOSHI(1) O-EI: Moved to BUNGO. KO-NIE SUGUHA and KO-MIDARE BA.

HIDEYOSHI SHO-CHO (f: YOSHIZANE): Moved to BUNGO for the TSUKUSHI
        RYOKAI. MOKUME with MASAME. SUGUHA and KO-MIDARE BA.

IYEMITSU KYO-TOKU (f: HIDEYOSHI): Went with his father to KYUSHU.
        KO-MOKUME with MASAME. SUGUHA and KO-MIDARE BA.

FUSAYOSHI EI-SHO: Same as KIYOHARU. SUGUHA and KO-MIDARE BA.

YOSHIKANE TAI-EI: MOKUME. SUGUHA and KO-MIDARE BA.

TSUNEYOSHI TAI-EI: MOKUME. SUGUHA and KO-MIDARE BA.
