MUROMACHI to SENGOKU, FUNBARI KOSHIZORI SUGATA has elongated KISSAKI.

Thick blades have NIKU. Some raised SHINOGI with thin MUNE. Some HIRA-TSUKURI and U-no-KUBI long swords. WAKIZASHI and TANTO can be HIRA-TSUKURI, SHOBU or U-no-KUBI. Some NAGINATA HI. Some MARU-MUNE. Similar SUGATA TANTO are long and thick, often SAKIZORI.
Pronounced MOKUME. Defined HIRO-SUGU KO-GUNOME and GUNOME-TOGARI in MURA KO-NIE. YAKI-KUZURE. Some HITATSURA style.

HIROYOSHI(1) BUN-MEI: KURAYOSHI smith from YAMASHIRO. From CHO-
        ROKU 1457 to BUN-MEI 1469.

         HAKUSHU JU HIROYOSHI SAKU

HIROYOSHI(2) EI-SHO: MITABEI. KURAYOSHI JU. From EI-SHO 1504 to
        TEN-MON 1532. First worked at KURAYOSHI. Then thought to
        have become the student of SOSHU TSUNAHIRO, who worked in
        TEN-MON, calling himself, SAINOOBEI. This, supposedly, 
        has created the two lines of HIROYOSHI, MITA and SAINOO.
        EI-SHO HIROYOSHI is therefore SUE-BIZEN style from the 
        established HOKI tradition, and TEN-MON HIROYOSHI would 
        be SUE-SOSHU TSUNAHIRO style. 
    MEI: HAKUSHU JU HIROYOSHI

HOKI HIROGA - HIROYOSHI Group
HIROYOSHI MITA-GOROZAEMON EI-ROKU (t: TSUNAHIRO 1): Took MITA for
        his HIROYOSHI family line. The most highly regarded 
        HIROYOSHI, he is known for wide HIRA-TSUKURI TANTO. 
        Gently curved and with extended KISSAKI. SHIRAKE White
        MOKUME. KO-NIE KO-GUNOME MIDARE, HIRO-SUGU GUNOME-MIDARE
        or GUNOME-TOGARI BA -HITATSURA style. BOSHI with deep 
        turnback. SUE-SOSHU or SUE-BIZEN influence can misdirect
        attributions of HIROYOSHI MU-MEI.

        GUNOME-MIDARE HA in the SUE-SOSHU style.

         HOKI-no-KUNI KURAYOSHI JU HIROYOSHI SAKU

HIROYOSHI MITA-KUROBEI TEN-SHO (br: TOJURO): KURAYOSHI and 
        TSUHARA JU. Mostly SO-SHU style. HITATSURA BA.

         HOKI-no-KUNI TSUHARA JU MITA-KUROBEI HIROYOSHI SAKU
         HOKI-no-KUNI TSUHARA JU MITA-KUROBEInoJO HIROYOSHI SAKU

HIROYOSHI MITA-TOJURO TEN-SHO (br: KUROBEI): TSUHARA and 
        KURAYOSHI. In the style of his father, and many GUNOME-
        MIDARE HA.
    MEI: HOKI-no-KUNI HIROYOSHI SAKU
         HOKI-no-KUNI JU MITA TOJURO HIROYOSHI SAKU

MASAHIRO GEN-KI: ITAME. SUGUHA and GUNOME-MIDARE.

SHIROZAEMON HIROYOSHI EI-ROKU: KURAYOSHI JU.   MEI: HOKI-no-KUNI JU SAINOO SHIROZAEMONnoJO HIROYOSHI SHICHIROZAEMON HIROYOSHI TEN-SHO: KURAYOSHI JU.   MEI: HOKI-no-KUNI KURAYOSHI JU HIROYOSHI     HAKUSHU KURAYOSHI JU SAINOO SHICHIROZAEMONnoJO HIROYOSHI SAKU MORIHIRO TEN-SHO: UEMONnoJO and SAEMONnoJO. Perhaps a later MEI         of SHICHIROZAEMON. Niku, strong. Distinct and tight Mokume
