KO-MIDARE HA.
NORISUYE(3)BUN-AN: ITAME is MOKUME. SUGU GUNOME KO-MIDARE and
GUNOME-NOTARE BA.
SUYESADA(1) KO-EI (t: NORISUYE): TSUKAZAKI. Main work between
KO-EI 1342 and SHO-HEI 1346.
SUYESADA(3)O-EI: TSUKAZAKI. Worked into EI-KYO.KO-ITAME with
MASAME having CHIKEI "coming out." HOSO-SUGUHA in falling
NIOI.

SUYEHIDE(1) KO-SHO (f: NAGAMOTO): TSUKAZAKI-SHO JU. SANI NORISUYE
group is associated with NAMINOHIRA style, therefore
AYASUGI can be expected as a mix in his running ITAME
with MASAME. Clear NIOI SUGUHA with ASHI.
SUYEHIDE(2) BUN-MEI: ISAHAYA JU. Continues NORISUYE tradition.
SUYENORI BUN-MEI: SANI. ITAME with MASAME runs. SUGU KO-MIDARE.
O-MURA MITSUYO(1) O-EI: CHIKUGO O-AN MITSUYO comes to HIZEN. His
name is seen from both provinces. Swords remain with
MIIKE style in running ITAME of MASAME and O-HADA seen to
"come out." A clear and distinct SHIRA-KE UTSURI marks
the O-EI smith. NIOI-DEKI SUGUHA are expected, but also
GUNOME HA as KO-GUNOME KO-MIDARE HA. BO-HI - a MIIKE
trait.
O-MURA MITSUSHIGE EI-KYO (br: MITSUYO): O-MURA JU. Running ITAME.
SUGUHA and GUNOME patterns.
O-MURA MITSUYO(2) KYO-TOKU (f: NORISUYE): Running ITAME. KO-NIE
SUGU GUNOME-MIDARE KO-MIDARE HA.
MITSUYO(3) MEI-O: O-MURA JU. Said influenced by the SUE-SOSHU -
when competitors were SOSHU TSUNAHIRO in theater with the
"BUNGI Triad" of SHIMADA YOSHISUKE, HEIANJO NAGAYOSHI and
ISE SENGO MURAMASA School. Wide HIRA-TSUKURI TANTO and
long swords in ITAME with the rolling NOTARE YAKIBA of
TOBI-YAKI to GUNOME-MIDARE HA and HITATSURA BA styles as
temptress.
HIZEN ENJU - ENJU KUNIKIYOs' son arrives from HIGO.

TOKISUYE EI-WA (f: ENJU KUNIKIYO, gf: KIKUCHI KUNIYOSHI): His is
the main ENJU line. ISAHAYA. SUGU KO-NOTARE BA. ENJU
famous for finely worked HADA that shows SHIRA-KERU, a
"turbid-white" film on the surface.
ARIKUNI O-EI (f: O-AN KIKUCHI ARIKUNI): He seems to have avoided
the O-EI madness. SUGATA observed is the last of NAMBOKU or
of the beginning MUROMACHI styles.
ARIKUNI TEN-MON: SUGU KO-NOTARE GUNOME HA.
IYEMORI KO-JI: KO-MOKUME. KO-NIE SUGUHA.
